If you are able to:- inspire and motivate students
- act as a role model and leader
- act as a team player and collaborator
- improve student outcomes
- demonstrate flexible thinking and positive attitude toward work and students
- hold teaching credentials
- have experience in a multisensory approach to teaching students with learning differences
- be familiar with profiling students according to their strengths and challenges
- have a degree in special education
- have two or more years teaching experience
- familiarity with Slingerland, Orton Gillingham, and Lindamood Bell techniques
- be familiar with the Language! Program
