Lily Panyacosit
Lily Panyacosit has one daughter, Cala, at Charles Armstrong School. Cala entered Armstrong in the Fall of 2021 as a 5th grader and experienced an empowering and life-changing first year at Armstrong. Lily is proud to be a member of a school who has shown and instilled in her daughter and all their dyslexic learners that dyslexia is a superpower! She is blown away every time she steps onto campus by the love, fun, and gratitude faculty, staff and students bring to and share with this community. Lily strongly believes in Armstrong’s mission and deeply supports the school’s endeavor to create an inclusive environment where all members of the community feel supported in being their authentic selves. To this end, Lily serves as a member on the DEIB Committee. Lily is a San Francisco native that has lived, worked and traveled around the world. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a BA in International Environmental Studies and holds an MS in Environmental Health Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Public Health. She spent about a decade doing policy work with a focus on renewable energies, health and the environment in San Francisco and Paris, France. Faced with all the detours and turns of life, however, she developed an interest in holistic healing and believes deeply in the healing that Nature and Plants can offer us. She is studying to become a Clinical Herbalist and runs a health and wellness practice focused on sharing with clients the energetic and herbal based knowledge and tools they need to heal themselves. Lily currently lives in San Francisco with her husband Jason and family.
